    No—this is a somatic coaching session rooted in a nervous system regulation modality called Neuro-Somatic Intelligence. It complements therapeutic work, but doesn’t replace it.

  • Can I do more than one session?

    This session is designed as a one-time reset and a safe first step. That said, if it resonates, we can discuss next steps into my 1:1 or group coaching containers.

  • What if I don’t feel anything?
