I’m Emily Jacobson

I’m a recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser. A true work in progress, I strive for authenticity and vulnerability in my relationship with myself and others. I love connecting with people in deep and meaningful ways. And, my children are my North Star.

Through my coaching practice, I work with anxious and overwhelmed individuals to reconnect with their bodies through nervous system regulation. I help my clients grow their ability to handle stress and teach their bodies that it is safe to show up differently in the world. We also work together to identify the behaviors and beliefs that are holding them back. And, through the power of neuroplasticity, we create real and lasting change.
