Hi! I’m Emily, and I believe safety is the beginning of everything.
I’m a neuro-somatic coach and nervous system educator. But more than that, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to live in a body that’s always scanning the skies—waiting for things to settle, hoping for calm, exhausted from the effort of “holding it together.”
I created this work because I needed it. Because I know how lonely it feels to navigate dysregulation without tools. Because I know how empowering it is to finally understand your nervous system—and how gently everything shifts when your body feels truly safe.
I believe the body knows the way. That the wind inside you isn’t wild—it’s wise. That the fog you’ve been moving through isn’t failure—it’s your system asking for rest, clarity, and care.
And I’m here to walk with you as you find your own gentle rhythm again.
