Your guide in the sacred work of nervous system healing. I help tender-hearted humans shift from survival to safety using the power of the breath, the body, and the wind within.
For years, I lived in a body that was always bracing—trying to please, perform, and persevere. I didn’t know I was stuck in a survival state. I just thought I was “too sensitive” or “not good at coping.”
But once I learned the language of my nervous system, everything changed.
The fog began to lift. My breath came back. I started to feel like myself again—only softer, steadier, and more rooted in truth.
That’s what I want for you.

A Blend of Science, Soul, and Soothing
I’m trained in neuro-somatic coaching, trauma-informed facilitation, and nervous system education. My work is rooted in polyvagal theory, somatic practice, and my deep reverence for the breath as a tool for transformation.
But honestly? What guides me most is presence. Deep listening. A softness that welcomes every part of you.
I bring structure when needed, spaciousness when called for, and warmth always. I’m here to be the calm in your weather pattern. The stillness in your windstorm. The safety in your shift.
